the phone system at work is like a little kid that comes home with a puppy asking if they can keep it. both have the big glazed over eyes that on one can say no to.
so you keep the puppy, and over the years it tears the house appart, shits everywhere, you threaten to kill the thing right then and there, but some how the kid talks you into keeping it.
finally when it comes time that it can no longer see hear or walk and putting it down is the right thing to do, somehow they find a cure for every known problem and the thing lives on forever.
this phone system will be the f'kin death of me
