I have a few old PC's I built laying around, I dont think ATX form factor cases ASUC MB's and overclocked Celeron CPUS are the ticket anymore.
Plus, I dont even have a OS anymore, unless you count windows 98?

I can get you an OS (WinXP with service pack 3) but the hardware could be... Problematic.
A hundred bucks won't even get you a decent two screen video card.
