i'm going to be one of these retards.. I've never fired it before.. I'm kinda scared of it.
Shotguns can be shot at some indoor radges depending on the backstop and the ammo used. Some folks like to pattern different ammo and different ranges/chokes to see what runs in the shotgun best.
Don't shoot steel plates with slugs, because they like to fold inside out and smack you in the shin.
Buckshot at birdshot are fine on steel.
