but barring any accidents, you're actually ok in NoVa on 495 and dulles toll road. Traffic home however- will be a total pain in the arse. traffic can start as early as 3:30-4:00.. but sometimes it's clear up to 5pm.. but not always great. Let me know if you want to meet up for lunch tomorrow..
