I prefer boarding to skiing. But its each persons preference. If you have a clean slate, cant hurt to give boarding a try. Takes a few times but we are perty decent nao.
you guys are very good.

Size 12 will probably be too big. I have little feet for my height... I only wear an 11 or sometimes even a 10-1/2. I'd still like to try them, though. Will they work with a snow board or are the bindings all different? Yea.... I know... n00b.

You guys all board, right?

That seems like the logical choice for me. Having two long sticks and the end of really long legs just sounds like a recipe for disaster, if you ask me.
depends on how coordinated you are.

to me, skiing is more skating related.

boarding is more skate boarding.

i don't do well with both of my feet tied to one long board as I am retarded on a board..

but i can skate.. so i stick with skiis.

This, I know... I wasn't expecting to keep up with you guys. I just want to see a friendly face at the lodge.

This tells me I should just stick to boarding.

I've tired boarding and skiing, boarding was way harder and much less fun to learn for me. I'm not really all that good at skiing though.
