Where did you guys go? I don't know the schaeffer area well, but you appeared to be going away from the trails when you set off.
I did three loops of the white trail. Didn't really keep track of time, but it was a good workout. I'm finally starting to feel an improvement in my endurance after three solid weeks of working out.

Went to the storage unit today and had to move my bike to get to something... I want to get out on Thursday but I don't think I can get up to Germantown in time, anyone feel like doing Wakefield or Michael Faraday?

Michael Faraday is a smallish network of trails near Reston/Lake Fairfax Park: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q...49,0.01929&z=16

Wakefield is a bitch for me to get to but this one sort of splits the middle. I'll definitely hook up with you guys there, if I am able.
