Looks like today is a cooker and tomorrow is going to be wet. 
I am going to bring my equipment with me tomorrow just in case. May end up at the C&O again if the weather goes sideways. Friday, however, looks like it might be about perfect.
I tentatively have Bobbie interested in riding on Friday. This will be her very first ride of the season so she will probably be pretty timid. She doesn't mind riding by herself but if another... shall we say... "less fit" individual has any interest in joining us, Bobbie, myself, and whomever else decides to join might enjoy the company. Guaranteed there will be someone riding at a more relaxed pace.
I'll let you all know if Bobbie is a "for sure" before Friday.

The usual - Schaeffer Farms @ about 5'ish. Probably a little later than that though cuz it will take Bobbie some time to get down there from Frederick.

I'm not even going to bother to bring my gear with me tomorrow. NOAA is forecasting a 70% chance of r@!n in Gaithersburg.

Anybody got any insight as to whether or not the trails are open today (Friday)? I bet all that rain yesterday really messed things up back in there. 
I'm going to bring all my stuff with me today just in case but something tells me that the trails are going to be closed...

Me thinks the trails are going to be closed.
My plan at the moment is to roll out to Schaeffer around 3 just to see what is what. I'll make a game time decision at that point as to whether or not I actually have Bobbie roll down from Frederick and we hit the trails.
I have a sneaky feeling, however, that I'll be wasting my time.
