Was a gorgeous day for biking. So much so that I stayed out from 9:30 until almost 1:00.

I'm going to be epic sore tomorrow but it was good times.

I REALLY wanted to go for a ride yesterday but did yard work instead. As you might imagine, it just isn't the same even though I live in the woods.

did an Arlington - Rosslyn down-and-back with the single speed yesterday... about 7 miles, 3.5 downhill, 3.5 uphill... uphill with my large front ring suckkkks, lol
