Skip, bring the PC to work tomorrow. I'll pick it up when you get in town and take a look at it here at work.
I appreciate it, Aaron. I am so down right now. Some of the cars pics are on S2KI, but all the Christmas/birthdays/getaways/family shots are not.

Just keep it turned off between now and then. There are some tricks for this type of situation that have worked for me in the past.

and if that doesn't work, there's always DriveSavers (for $$$$).

My brother has had good luck with them in the past.

a friend sent a drive recently (his main work drive, not much backed up) and they quoted him $1500 for the recovery. They called and the guy on the other end of the line sounded like he was about to cry when he said they've only twice in the past ten years had a drive that was completely unrecoverable... This was #3... he was sooooo not happy.

Hey man, sorry I didn't make it over yesterday. Time got away from me at Fun Land and I had to haul back up to Woodbridge for homework afterwards.

I might be down in the 'burg on Sunday though.

you don't wanna know, Naveed - it involves getting drunk and sacrificing a package of bacon to the heathen gods.
