Yea it is, but you're talking about peak HP... keep in mind that the stroker would add a lot of low end grunt which could be useful for road track application since its still NA power... and not turbo... so it would easier to manage... and in turn youd get a much wider power curve because the stroker motor dies out at the top end... The SC at that point would help the power continue getting higher...
you won't need the low end torque on the track.. you shouldn't drop out of vtec ever on the track...

Yup... The game is actually REALLY hard to beat... The first version came out in 97 so I don't even think there was an online version.

The second version was way better graphically, but the online version was just too slow...
