I would say yes he sucked during those years.

 

well averaging about a point a game isn't bad.

 

He cursed himself when he left the Pens. We loved him up here and he left. he was part of the Lemiuex family and he went to DC cause he got greedy. Then he became an NHL whore when he left there and went to the Rangers. Pittsburgh fans will never forget this. Although I am one that still likes him. I still have my Jagr jersey from his rookie year. Use to be really big on me when I first got it, now it fits like a t-shirt

 

He was a superstar player, being paid superstar money, turning in average first line player results. Then he went to NYR and, boom, he started playing again. He did not suck in DC, but he did not play up to his hype either.
