Default Fun project, semi s2k related...

Just figured I'd share my weekend project with you guys. Also figured you'd get a kick out of the pictures. Who says the S's aren't functional!

I'm building a cockpit for my G27 to use with GT5 and some simracers on the pc. Went to lowes tonight since my friends baled on our Hustler trip. Should be pretty sweet if it turns out the way my head thinks it will. Going to use a spare bucket seat I have laying around. And make the PVC the adjustable part not the chair itself. Anyway here is a pic getting the pieces home.

Hopefully completed pics of the rig tomorrow. Gonna have "Race Wars" at the house monday with some of my car fraands.

The rig is complete just need to mount the peripherals. It's pretty awesome way better than I thought. Pics up tomorrow. If anyone is interested in a schematic I'll put one together and sell em for $5. I'll have to get the cost together as its much cheaper than I spent on materials as I have lots of waste. If you're to lazy to build em I build it for you for cost + $30.

I am super excited about this rig. Now I just need the fanatec wheel for forza.

First prototype is done. Needs some tweaks. But it's pretty awesome.

Looks nice. I have a Playseat Rig.

I upgraded the seat as it hurt my back now it's very comfy.

That is much cleaner than mine with pressure treated lumber.
