like sean said, your car has to be so high to drive over the rollers in the bay at the maryland emission station.

they have this little tester thingy they measure the front of your car with...

a stock car is barely high enough to clear. A stock car with a front lip is pretty much too low but I still makes it. (I know from experience)

if you lower, your fine. plus you dont have to pay the 14 bucks either FTW!!
