Dave, hope all is well.

No new house, but by the time I finish I think it will have cost as much as a new house. Wallpaper is kicking our ass, taking the old stuff down is taking way to much time. It was stuck on there real good. Heading down to Waterside, we are staying on our friends boat this evening and watching the fireworks up close.

Mark, keep your phone close - few friends & I are planning to head down to Harbor-fest later this evening.

 

Cool, we are staying in the harbour next to the Pagoda, but I think you have to have a wrist band to get over there. The boat club hires cops and rents the whole area over there with a band, booze, etc...
