Some updates:

Clutch is being installed as I type we're also removing the Clutch Delay Valve so shifts are more pure, but it will be more notchy - that is a good thing.

Went with a JB Racing solid (one piece) 10 lb Flywheel (vs. the OEM 25lb dual mass)
E46 M3 OEM Clutch Disc
E36 M3 OEM P-Plate

Rogue short shifter should be in today or tomorrow

Painting my bumper reflectors (down with amber ) and will be painting all my interior trim either Piano Black or Diamond Black

The trim is the dark grey stuff that goes across the whole dash (around the Nav screen) and will also cover the door handles & around the shift boot/window buttons:

This weekend I'm pulling out the OEM Nav unit and going with this:

A Pioneer AVIC-D1
XM Radio with Traffic notification
iPod Adapter
Steering wheel control adapter
Outlet for XBOX
MP3 disc player
Rear Camera
Custom dash mount to hold my Valentine 1 display

Hopefully it all turns out pretty well - I'm excited.

Time for an update after last night's installs and this morning's purchases

Installed:

I know someone will mock the Magnaflow, but I like it - and it only cost me $250 .......new they're $1,000.

    This morning's purchases:

      A few other updates:

Changed out tranny fluid last night to quiet my chattering transmission - due to a 20lb lighter flywheel.

It is looking like I'm going to have to purchase software that will raise my idle to 1,000 RPM, open things up a little more (gives about 6hp), defaults to turn my traction control off upon starting and just makes the car pull harder

On the ICE side we have finished the mold on my custom dash bezel for the AVIC-D1 - it just needs paint. Working on building a custom deck mount to house all the antenaes and other things

On the Insurance front things are still in limbo. I've had an appraisal by my I-Company and also the other person's I-Company not 20 minutes ago.

SInce October 18th I've been pretty bummed about the M, but as of yesterday she's starting to come back together and I'm liking her again - friggin' insurance, State Troopers, and can really spoil your fun
