It's going to be full of people in July, I'd recommend going in Aug sometime when the kiddies are getting ready to go back to school, less people. This is coming from a season pass holder of 3 years. Except this year.

Eh it can, I usually gamble on the rainy days when I go during the week and it pays off because the park is deserted. For me its a 30 min trip so if it rains, its no biggie, I didn't loose any $$ and barely any time. But for you its a different situation. Going on a weekday can help with some of the younger crowd because the parents arn't around to take them there, but it can be just as filled with annoying teenagers so its really your call. I'll end up making the trip if I am available on any date you pick to go. But I am just voicing concern over July since it is one of the busiest months there. I'll tell you right now, if you are planning on a weekend (which I don't think you are), don't even bother.

No points transfer between MD and PA. Go as fast as you please. As long as it is not on the edge of impound.

Most will let you off, I have been let off twice for 88 and 93 in PA. Both just said it's more paperwork for them.

It is the one place I can cut loose without worry. In MD I am strictly a 70 or below driver.

5+ Year good driving discount. Don't wanna mess that up

SF is hit or miss when its crowded.. I've been every month and there's not that much of a difference. Its more so like which day is the best just like any other theme park.
