On another note, the 2nd Gen Mazdaspeed 3 won Best FWD Car of the year in DSport for the second year in a row. Woot!

So, as of 5pm I am a first time home owner!!!

It's been a stressful month and a half, but a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. We start cleaning/painting this weekend, and move in next weekend! (Well, thats the plan...)
