I use to get the BMT

Herb and cheese bread
lettuce
banana peppers
pickles
salt & pepper
Vinegar & oil

Toasted.

Generally, I get the Subway Club on Honey Oat with the following:

    That's a low-fat combo of ingredients.

    I tried the peppercorn steak the other day and love it!

    I generally go for either a Tuna wrap or on wheat, lettuce, tomato, spicy brown mustard and SP&O.

    Bill, I love tuna, but theirs is loaded with mayo. Mayo = bad. I've nearly eliminated mayo and seldom have cheese.

    yeah which is why I a) barely go to Subway and b) when I do go I don't get mayo on it in addition.
