Hooters meet in VABeach area - Feb 2003. A lot of folks cancelled going to this meet as the weather was calling for an ice storm. Rodney(allen2708) and we were the only inlanders to attend... and paid the price upon the return trip
Some of us were traveling southbound on I-95 when we spotted Keith at the rest area. We all honked and waved... and proceeded to continue. He never did catch up until at the gathering point. Fortunately, we had good weather until just before returning to the Fredericksburg area- then a lightning show commenced.
