in the middle of a slide if you cross onto a different surface it doesnt matter how good you are. the car is gone. just hope there arent any hard immovable objects like walls or in the case of my stealth TT, trees, anywhere close by.

 

Global huh...My mom's bmw went there twice. The first time was really impressive. The second time they kept messing up on the paint. It would turn brownish after about a month. They kept taking it back of course, but after a respray it would be fine then turn brown again. Just warning you. Also, I went to what I thought was the crash sight, but didn't see any white on the walls nor did your description match where I was. Where was this again?

the cop said there were seven accidents through the weekend there. mostly idiots like me who were probably driving too fast.


anyway i went to global because my insurance company uses them and the work is guaaranteed forever. if it fades/rusts/cracks/whatever, they fix it free even years down the road. i've seen really good work come out of there so let's just keep our fingers crossed.

 

i went to get my ipod out of the car and they haven't even touched it yet

they said they might start on it at the end of the week. i'm sooo depressed

 

they are still working on the seven cars before you... j/k.

but yeah that's irritating, when that happens!

 

I've always suspected that when they "sense" that they have a picky customer, they deliberitly take a long time. This way, when you finally get it back, you don't keep bringing it back for little things cause you're afraid they'll keep it another month.
