Hey Lee!!!! I have seen some great roads here, but really havnet had a chance to drive them yet...I miss the carolinas and the dragon dearly though...but this weather is amazing!! top down weather 24/7!!
BTW my car is here and Ive already lost the passenger side fender liner to the H3!! I cant wait for the rest of my parts to arrive....when do you guys wanna have a meet??

"recon" is short for reconstruction and is some stupid permit you're supposed to get if you modify your car. your car has to pass an inspection with a bunch of rules in order to get this permit. there's only one inspection station on the island and its a total hassle. if you don't have the permit and a cop sees your modified car on the road and is feeling like a dick that day, you'll get a ticket. its all a pile of crap and is just a lame way for the government to tax that ass. i'm pretty sure we're the only state in the country that has this. recon =

Thats the craziest crap I ever heard of. I guess it is left up to the individual cop to decide if you have mods. I'm sure most of them have no idea what mods go on what cars. Do they all carry specs on every make and model car around with them? 
Seems like they should be out cuffing the real bad guys instead of hassling "car guys"
