Those north shore shrimp trucks/stands are worth the ride to Hawaii... rental car guy turned me on to them a few years ago... lesson learned, the spicey hot is spicey hot! They need to sell beer. Hoping to find my way out your way in February if I can come up with the greenies... Giovanni's here I come... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, you guys made me want shrimp!

UPDATE: Just checked my pix from our first trip a few years ago... we lost our "North Shore" shrimp virginity at the Fumis truck. Ate there twice... nice people great shrimps! They took good care of us.
