I put in clears a couple of weeks ago. Its really not that scary. Follow the instructions on rick's site and you will be fine.

a couple of tips.
-Dont mess with a wet towel in the over, just get some pot holders. I used the ones made out of that rubbery stuff
-when you pull the lights apart start at the inside of the light. I did it without spacers or a screw driver because they seemed like they were going to scratch things up. Just takes a little bit of muscle and gloves
-make sure the diffuser is seated perfectly in its place and make sure the inside of the light is clean before you reseal them.
-take your time and always watch them in the oven

it's really easy and as long as you follow the instructions everything will be fine. If you have anymore questions just lemme know and Ill see if i can answer them

Did mine a few months ago, very easy
take your time and don't rush it

i didn't bother with the oven technique, i just used my trusty heat gun
i also put another layer of black sealer when putting it back together

good luck!
