Why do you need a garage? All you need is an oven...

^jacking up the car and removing the bumper on the street or the garage of my condo doesn't sound all that appealing. my condo doesn't even allow any work to be done to vehicles, whatsoever. garages just make the job more pleasant.

Ah, Point taken. I did mine in my garage stall at my Apt. They have the same, do not work on car policy, but I did it anyway.
