Dave there's one that got posted Sebring with clear corners 2002 but asking price is 14 and he only bought it for 13 probably less lol It was posted for 13,500 I called the original post but it sold infact I still have the screen shot of it on my phone and mine started off asking 12 but some haggling and cash on hand brings it down quick..

 

yea, he's not budging on price...apparently I'm one of 7 people who are asking about the car..

He knows the cars really sought after so he's firm on that 14k...i even pulled out kbb on him and he was pretty adamant about it..(his cars worth 12,8xx for kbb)

how do you know he only bought it for 13k? if you could, could you PM that screen shot? i think it would help in bargaining

^^yes the 02 was selling for 13500 because that is the car i was going to pick up but before i could look at it was already sold

 

you guys are nuts spending anymore than 13k on a ap1. that crazy. fly up to the mainland bring one down for less.

 

I'm in the same predicament.

I got rid of my 2002 about 3 years ago, for and 1991 NSX it was not reliable. I got an IS250 for a daily driver. I missed the convertible, so I got a 2000 Boxster it gave me headaches too!!! I sold it. Right now I have a 2000 insight, and am looking for another S2000.

I've been searching for a few month. I found one a few weeks ago 2002 or 2001 for $7200!!! But I was in a plane headed to LA. By the time I landed I asked a friend to put a down payment and I'll pay the rest when I get back. He called and it was already sold (less than 6-7 hours).

Did anyone of you guys buy it? He said the seller sounded like an old man, the car (if I remember correctly) had 40K+ miles, and was garaged kept.

I'm looking still, and haven't seen any I like. I want one with a red interior.

 

seems like everyone is coming back i would probably go mainland since you want the rare red interior gl!

 

how do you people find these??? I've been on CL forever and have not seen this turn up...what kinda search terms are you guys using??

and good luck finding one as well. i love that red interior but i don't have the patience to wait for the perfect one...

nah, it's mostly OCD. Bookmark your craigslist search and click on it alot. Alot alot like those OCD guys that can't stop washing their hands.

Lol those 7200 ones were fake I called em I mean one of them was ap1 with ap2headlights and a mugen hardtop... Lol bogus! And Dave pm me your email I can email you the screen shot
