is kunia a city? like when someone asks should i say i live in kunia, cuz i have a waipahu address... but i live in "the villas at royal kunia" so i assumed that the town was royal kunia.. but i only see signs for kunia, but my address says waipahu..

 

no you tell them you live in kunia. just like honolulu, theres kalihi, salt lake, alot of different places but the address says honolulu

technically, you're still in waipahu. but for the sake of clarity, accuracy, and brevity, Kunia is the better answer
