Looking for an SOS car
Hi. I'm looking for a science of speed kit on an S2K here on island. I wanted to see the fit/finish of them and hear one in action. I was able to hear the comptech and enjoyed it. But, my gut has been towards an SOS for a while. So, is anyone willing to let a newbie look at it? No test drives, just want to see/hear it. I'm on Hickam. PM anytime!
Thanks!
BJ

if you can wait til july 27th there are two s2ks that run the SOS kit at autox. we will not be racing due to 50th state fair
check the thread here for the schedule: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/880.../page__st__300
if you want to see a vortech kit, i'm running a polisher v3 version. lmk.

I am one of the the two that has an SOS kit. However, it has an external BOV/bypass valve so it is not going to sound like a regular stock kit. I've also been told that my blower is on the quieter side. Hard to tell with how loud the bypass valve is.
My car is going to be down for the next couple of months preparing for the next auto X season.
As Felipe said, come out to the 07/27 auto X and you'll see both SOS cars as well as Felipe's car. If we have a meet sometime between then, I'll try to make it out.
