hands down my favorite teri burgers evar.
the parking lot is small and tucked behind city mill depending which side of waialae your coming from. closed on mondays and tuesday. open like 10-4. try and get there early or call ahead. the parking lot is crazy and probably not slammed car friendly.

Buzz's Steakhouse
Location: Kailua across the street from the Beach Park
Food is super good and there is a salad bar, but prices are kind high as it is a steak restaurant. Parking is super limited so be prepared for that.

The pancakes are seriously some of the best I have ever had in my life.

We went two mornings in a row and there was a line out the door both mornings. It is really really good. I'm not sure exactly what street it is on but it is by an american savings bank, a crepe restaurant, and it is pretty close to Teddy's Big Burgers. Like one more street down and take a right by a surf shop.
