i seen some ebay exhaust fit better then that..

 

i think the header was the issue. according to the post another member had the same problem.
my ricks header, berk hfc and t1r-em were installed without any issues

 

i couldnt look at the pics on the computer here nor did i have a lot of time to read everything so i will do that when i get to the house...did i read in there that he was using the OEM header donut?...my megan headers came with a new one

 

i believe the T1R supplied donut was a very poor fit

 

yup fully read the whole thing with the pics...i saw that right away that something was not the right length...im surprised at that...i always thought that T1R made damn good products...and IF aj-racing owns T1R then well that was very poor professional courtesy on their behalf in not replying to him in a timely manner
