ugh, the maintenance on them ducatis are just soooooooo expensive!

FYI guys, jeff, jon, and some others from the old eurosport just opened up a shop called auto customs. it's in the same lot where euro's used to be, but the entrance is from the parking lot side

It's not really THAT bad. You just have to learn to do all the small stuff yourself at home.

i just heard it was bad, plus the parts are expensive. but what do you expect from something like that =)

Yea, the parts can be the pricey part. The thing with Ducati is the fact the dealer is the make or break part of the ownership experience. The local guys are a complete pain in the ass to deal with as far as sales goes. The parts department is a little better, but still stuck under the pin-headed policies of the store's general manager. The service department isn't bad at all, and one person in there makes it worthwhile to deal with them.
