If you were leaving Anna Miller's you would turn right onto the main road. at the next light (Chevy dealer used to be there... is it still there?) turn left. it's in the strip mall area to the left, on the side facing the main road, all the way at the end closest to Anna Millers.

I wouldn't say made specially for the GTR. its really GTR Offset / spec because lots of 240 guys run them and evo guys too run gtr offset wheels. =)

heading west on kam hwy make a left at the light after you pass best buy.
then make your immediate left and its located at the end of the warehouse strip.
