So it's been a long time since I've driven a boosted car. Tonight my co-worker took me for a short little spin in his car that Taka recently did some work to. I think I may have a problem...it's not so much the power...I mean power is good but the sounds that a boosted engine makes are starting to make me feel like spending too much money!

isnt it funny how turbo power gives you a false sence of speed? i swear that that miata was just as fast or if not quicker than the S. but with alot less torque...

yeah...the throttle response is actually quite quick isn't it? lol no real oomph anywhere in the powerband though. Still...it's pretty darn fun to drive!

If you buy a LoveFab kit I can install it on your car in 3 days. I know all the tricks now that I've done mine so another one would be a snap.

Probably should budget $8500 - $9500 to complete the kit and get it tuned. I was going to tune mine on Saturday, but I'm flying to Guam in a couple hours. I'll be back on Tuesday, but then I'm flying to San Diego the day after I get back and I'll be there until August. Who knows when I'll tune the car now...
