yea he could do that. he would just ask u though if thats really wat u want haha. he quoted roughly 1500+ to repair or replace and paint a rear quarter if you wanted to change ur mind again haha. but if your sure u wanna cut, he would do it.
also like felipe has mentioned Joel does good work too, however he has a long waiting list haha and his price is one of those "you get what you pay for" haha.

yea, i went to scott at aiea collision. good place, but i will say.. that they r great in collision repairs more than regular body customization doh! haha. but customization, if its simple stuff no problem, but i havent tried to ask to do something crazy yet.
was easy i think for them haha. and i didnt end up cutting haha. idk if i told u that felipe. but i think eventually, i might partial mold it and then more so cut the oem fender haha. and also shave the trim off the asm fender lol.

shaving will give you a few more mm of clearance. i'm planning to have joel space them out as needed

fyi, nichigo was running a 255/9J+22 and still rubbed with shaved rear overs (which i have now).
my new rears have a higher offset but will require camber to make it work
that being said, you may be able to run higher offset wheels like a 6ULR with no body work

you will have to shave or space out the rear over to accommodate a 275 with 0 camber.
