How big a deal is recon??? I see that there seems to be some concern for passing... My car will be registered on Maui and we dont have recon but I will have the car on Oahu. Does that mean that I have to register it on Oahu and TRY to pass recon in order to drive it???

 

leave your registration in maui so recon will not apply to you

 

nerd47: you can go the helms website, and they provide oem manuals. thats where i got my07 manual from.

 

I got a pdf version of the 00-03 manual. I could send it if you want.
