Rick, coming from Hawaii Kai, get off the Waialae exit and go straight until you pass St. Louis High, and it will be almost immediately to your right. Keep a sharp eye out though, because it's in the midst of houses. In fact, the restaurant is converted from a house to a restaurant so it's easy to miss. They have a small lit sign and their logo is a bulb of garlic with "Ninniku-ya" written across the top.

I tried to make a reservation this afternoon but got a message machine, so I'll confirm it later.
