I'm trying to find some place local to buy some poker chips either 500 or 650 chips.

I'm also not trying to spend an arm and a leg. There's some decent prices for chips on the internet and stuff but then they rape you in shipping charges.

costco used to have a really nice set with a case for cheap. don't know if they still carry um though.

Go to Cosco, dem nice and cheap. Or you can look in the buy and sell. I saw some ads a while back on some of some chip sets for sale.

 

ebay... got the wpt set with wood case for $100 shipped. I think Daie was selling the same set or smaller one for $200-250.
