I think its mostly vandalism. Like Im scared that some kids are going to slash my top while parked somewhere just for fun. Thats why I Just bought a hardtop, and took of all my H emblems because when they try to take it they use a flathead and just scrape the paint of the car while they are yanking the emblem.

damn, people still steal honda emblems? i thought that went out of style 8 years ago. damn losers. were the emblems hard to take off? i wish i had the money to get a hardtop, but who knows maybe in a year or two. i noticed you're in kaimuki, so you haven't had too many problems around home? i'm in palolo, so you know why i'm sketchy...

Palolo!! I would get a car cover lol.. I havnt had any problems around my neighborhood. My car is garaged. I also updated the stock alarm. The emblems were easy to come off just use dental floss to take it off. The hardest part was the S2000 logo on the side fenders. The glue thingy was hard to get off.

yea dude it sucks being in palolo with no garage. i got a cover, but we both know that's not enough. what kind of alarm you got? a good alarm system will probably be my first mod. for now my security system consists of a 30 oz. louisville slugger...

I picked up a Clifford Matrix 3.5rs paging system with proximity sensor. I don't know what I'd do without my paging alarm. I felt weird when I first got the s2k since I had a paging system on my Bimmer and was so used to it. I finally got one after about 3 months. What a relief. Very useful when you're in a bar.

Well I have the Cwest bumper in the front so theres no holes in the front. But in the back I used the stock plugs that holds the emblem in place and I just put putty in it and sanded it down and used touch up paint to paint over it.
