So I picked up my s2000 yesterday from Pasha and already can't pass safety. My coil overs were spotted when I turned my wheel (guy looked under the wheel well)

Does anyone know a shop that will pass me ?

For my recon appointment do I need to have an alignment done beforehand?

Yes. For recon ur gonna need an alignment sheet to show ur within their specs. U can also raise the car a bit.

For alignment, people have gone to scottys, but there are other shops as well

For safety stations, other members can chime in for where they go.

Gl!

gl. what you can do i go to any safety station and have them fail you. you will have a checklist of what's needed then.
recon appointments are very easy to get now. maybe a few days or a week wait. back in the day it was months

Yeah the problem for me is that I work Monday - Friday during business hours and it's hard to get a day off or half day to make it to an appointment. Then after the appointment I have to get the car registered. I really wish I could take care of this on the weekends!
