Default SPEED TRAPS

This is interesting. When you get the web site up, click on the state. Then the next window is a listing of all the cities in that state. Click on your city and there are the speed traps listed.

SPEED TRAPS!

Not all are shown but there are the regular spots.

On this subject.... does it seem like there's been a lot more "police presence" out there nabbing speeders lately, or is it just me?

Yeah what a treat! Hey Mike!

It does appear to have more HPD presence on the road, the other day I was heading eastbound to the NEX to buy some stuff and I came out of the turn going into the long straight towards the airport and damn.... never seen 10 biker cops all lined up there before. This was around 3pm'ish. Must've had at least 3 people pulled over and I was paranoid that I was next (no front plate) so I went into shadow mode to try and hide my car from view. I'm sure it didn't do any good though.

I don't know who has been before but I just came back from Kaua'i and I'm telling you we should just all move there.. the road conditions are amazing, not to mention there are roads that make Tantalus seem like a driveway in length. I must have found 60 miles of insane curvy roads with no intersecting streets, stop lights/signs, cops.. nothing.. and that was in two days time.. plus the cops are CHILL over there.... matter of fact, check out this police station in Kapa'a

That's pretty chill.

the traffic SUCKS ASS in parts of kauai. i don't think i wanna go there. way too high concentration of hippies, tree huggers, isolationists, and crackheads. the island itself is great. really beautiful place.

I drove in rush hour over there, and the rush hour here is longer, slower, everything-er.. it's still bad there though.

Lets keep this going and compile a better list than whats up on the site Mike posted. If it gets good, I'll sticky it to the top.

Fort Weaver near the infamous "crosswalk of death" has several camped usually during off peak hours.
