I adjusted them prior to putting them on, but upon putting the car on the ground and driving, they came out uneven. I wanted to raise the rear anyway though now. Even though it's not that low, I still scrape the exhaust from time to time.

Did you preload the suspension before tightening the upper a-arm and lower shock mounts? I had issues chasing equal wheel gaps and never got it right. Then I decided to set my coil settings equal left to right and made sure to preload the suspension. Now the wheel gaps are closer to being equal than they were before and my corner balance is perfect.
