Ouch! Sorry to hear the unfortunate news. Didn't he just get his new Mugen bumper installed too. Damn that sucks. More details please...

Damn, was this the stuff by the Pearl City offramp but in the fast lane? I ran over it too, but since my car is a 4x4 compared to yours, I managed not to suffer any damage. Sure startled me though! Do you know what is was? It looked like a huge metal door 2" thick by 4' x 8'.

Actually it was a lot of stuff. I hit to many things. Good news is the outside of the car is in perfect condition including the Mugen front bumper but the underside has some major damage. Control arms are gone, rear axle has severe damage and there may be frame damage. I will find out tomorrow or Monday. If its a total loss I have to start stripping all my aftermarket parts ASAP.

I saw all the car on the side of the road, and this is mainly why I didn't see whatever it was that I ran over. Do you know what it was that you hit?

I think I was late on the scene, cause there wasn't too much on the road and a lot of cars parked on the side. I didn't see Chris' car though or I would have stopped. I think I was passing by at around 7:30-8:00.
