So I want to get this done but I dont know anyone who knows how to do this. I am not going to do this myself haha.
Im talking about the DIY vented hood OEM. Im located in Honolulu

 

not that hard. the hood is easy to cut as it's aluminium. dremel on high speed with a metal cutting wheel and you're good to go.
when i cut my oem hood for my mugen intake, it litterally took 1 minute to cut. gl!

i have no access to any powertools. i live on base and in the dorms.

 

oic. hickam has a pretty decent auto hobby shop with an air saw.
but if you can wait, another member here will be venting his hood soon.

don't forget these:

 

yah when a certain other member gets off his ass and removes the hood from his car lol.

good luck cutting the hood. shouldnt be too hard, just under estimate the cut slightly, that way you can finish it off nicely with a grinder and just in case of mistakes.
