Once again...
ATTN!: *All who seek to fully customize their trunks* Throwing that grey cardboard away? Not anymore! I'll give up some quality JL gear for it!
I would like to trade my setup for your trunk interior. I have nothing but sheet metal, a sub & an amp mounted in my trunk right now. I went "mysterious rattle" hunting last spring and never got it all back together. BTW - I never found the rattle either.
Anyhow, up for trade. I think it'd be worth it. I'd need everything HERE.
From a quick glance, it looks to be about $350 worth of cardboard crap (retail price) for over $700 worth of JL goodness (retail). You'd get a 10 month old JL 500/1 amp & 10w6v2 sub. The amp pushes out 500w rms from 4 to 1.5 ohms. (NO - it's not 1000w at 2 ohms. Trust me... or look it up). The sub will take 400w rms all day long. Also, the gain on my amp has never been set past 65-70%. The sub has never been pushed at 500watts.
I'm seriously considering trading the car in for an '04-'05 but need to get my trunk situation fixed first. Let me know if you're interested.

I took an '05 White & Tan beauty home tonight & it's sitting in my driveway. The dealer is giving me payoff for my '00. However, I doubt they've opened the trunk yet...
I wonder if everything's signed & the deal is done... could they come back at me when they open the trunk if it's bare? Buyer beware...?
