I wrongfully purchased these shoes online to go running with. The site doesn't take returns. I walked around the house in it once just to check it out. It hasn't been used at all since. The spikes and tool are included and have never been installed. My loss is your gain. Anyone who knows about Asics, they'll know they're extremely light and comfortable. Oh yeah, Bruce Lee wore Asics too, so enough said.
