Default Proof that Sebring Silver is the fastest color

For a very long time many of us, especially those of us who own Sebring Silver S2000s, have known that Sebring Silver is the fastest color. As much as we tried to convince the rest of you unfortunate souls who do not own a Sebring S, we always felt that we were simply talking to ourselves. We tried to prove it mathematically, scientifically, theoretically, emotionally and any other way possible. In spite of that all of you continued to resist.

The argument is now officially over. The great State of New Jersey has awarded me and my Sebring Silver a license plate that says "Fastest". Clearly, a licensing agency would only certify what it knows to be true. Without question, Sebring Silver is the fastest color. It is now official.

Rob,
there is only one slight problem. The state workers (we all know how they are) cannot differentiate between Sebring and Silverstone, and the actual color they certified was Silverstone. So while you are close to the fastest color, you are not quite there. I'm really sorry.

Nice try but no cigar. The registration says Sebring Silver.

Congratulations! Kudos to you for getting that plate! From another Sebring Silver aficionado, I commend you for that original plate.

Hey Rob,

Did you really get that plate?

If so, I don't think the cops will cut you any slack the next time you get stopped.

Maybe. I suppose it's possible, but the great State of New Jersey and its Motor Vehicle Bureau has now certified Sebring as the fastest. Nice credentials.

What next, plate locking screws? A plate like that is just begging to be taken.
