If I recall, I think that specializing your tags are pretty cheap in VA. When I was going to school there, it seemed like everyone had specialized plates.

Not that it matters but I hated living in VA, probably one of the most boring states ever IMO. The only plus of living in VA was.......... yep, nothing.

It's not boring, but the automotive related laws suck like no other....

haha nice plates. i like those tips too

i moved to NoVA about 3.5 yrs ago and have found it to be pretty cool once you meet the right people. as much as i do like it here i wanna move back to Tampa.
