It's been on CNN for like 2 weeks. The poor Korean family has suffered because of this stupid "judge."

I remember reading the story about 2 months ago or so. The judge is a royal asshole.

This (the judge) is someone who had two silver spoons:

1. One to feed him when he was young

2. One to insert sunshine up his ass when he was young

That said, if I got the wrong pants back, and the dry-cleaners didn't offer restitution, then:

1. Dirty Diaper Revenge http://cgi.ebay.com/Diaper-Revenge-Sale-Ge...1QQcmdZViewItem

2. Upper Decker (of course)

It's a pair of pants; was it worth litigation?

Is this case still on trial, what was the outcome? I remember seeing this on cnn several weeks ago and reading up on it more on msn.com. Funny thing is there are comments on the msn article with ppl saying the the Chungs deserved this mockery of the justice system. I see a countersuit to follow. Judge Pearson has just earned himself one first class ticket to shamesville.

The a-hole judge is suing because the dry cleaners have a satisfaction guarantee - they didn't charge him for the pants but the judge is being a jerkoff and suing anyway as I understand it. If I lived in VA I think I'd egg his car.
