Short notice..................

Well, I have the day off on Monday and I'm pretty sure many of you also have the day off. There's been a bunch of threads lately with people wanting to meet other s2kers, so, Just wondering if anyone is interested in meeting up on Monday for a little meet. We can have lunch, shoot some pool, have a couple drinks, play some games, whatever it may be....

I've got a couple of ideas:

If we stay in Virginia, we could go to Hard Times in Springfield where we can shoot pool, or go to Bungalos in Chantilly and stop by Evolution which is next door, or anywhere else (opinions welcome)

OR

We could go to Maryland, and go to D&B in Rockville and play games, shoot pool, drink, and whatever else floats your boat.

location is up in the air so other ideas are welcome.....

P.S. I know some of you are leaving town to have a little vacation, but for those of you that are interested, I'll have a location/time up by Friday night/Saturday morning by the latest. (if there is enough interest). and if you don't think you'll be coming on s2ki on the weekend to check up on the status, just PM me your phone number and I'll give you a call giving you an update.


UPDATE
As of now, it looks as tho we'll meet up for some lunch somewhere in VA, shoot some pool, then head down to the bowling center and bug Skip. Then maybe a drive down Joplin...

i'm goin to va beach for the weekend but comin back on monday, what time are you thinking? i go to the bungalows in kingstown alot, but i'm not sure how many people are closer either of them. i havent been to a meet in a while so i'd like to come out if i can

 

i'm thinking 1pm or 2pm.. till whenever.. so we can all have lunch...

 

If I can get my homework done I'd be down. But I got a feeling I'll be using most of the day to get ahead with school. Put me on the fence.

BTW: I think a drive would be really nice if we do anything at all.
