SORRY this event has been CANCELLED, at least by me; I won't be putting on any meets this year.

 

I voted for Saturday the 26th but I'm open to Sunday the 27th as well. Just really wanted to vote for something... I miss going to all the meets... Hopefully soon this long torturous ordeal will be over

 

I think im gonna do my tasting at the noreaster. Long drive to be tasting beer for me.

 

Jim! You got your S back on the road yet??? We are talking about a Rt 17/125 party sometime soon

Ellen there are a bunch of factors going against this. Its the middle of summer which means kids are on vaca its a prime summer weekend. Also july is known to be the busiest vacation month of the year I presume a lot of people already have plans. and last but certainly not least were talking drinking and driving. Some will shy away from this even if its just a beer at each brewery. Responsibly done its fine but not everyone is always responsible. BTW does this meet have Insurance? This is one where I can see it being needed.

dave you're reading too much into it with the waivers and insurance and such -

first as far as i know.. NO meets have insurance..

if a group of "responsible adults" want to get together and have a few beers than that's fine if say thomas has 900 beers and plans to drive - we'll either ask his lovely wife to drive or we'll just kick him square in the nuts..

IF everyone is going to require insurance and waivers for meets we might as well say good bye to all meets

oh and i say the weekend of august 18th - i'm free that whole weekend
