I have the instructions but they mainly consist of photocopied digital photos with hand scribbled notes and arrows pointing to things. I don't think they would scan all that well.

IM me and I'll try to walk you through it.

Here are some tips. Remove the rad fan, old airbox and hose and the front bumper. You might need to remove the screws from the other fan too (I had trouble getting it to fit without loosening them). Remove the STB if you have one. I didn't but wish I had.

Installation was easy except for the plastic cutting which took lots of trial and error and a couple of skinned knuckles. Wear gloves for this step or use a dremmel or both.

Hope this helps.

Here is an overview shot of the business end of the install. Yes it's dirty...

Here is a shot of the hoses all connected. You need to remove a metal piping thingy from the stock setup. Note the two joined black hoses under the intake pipe. The kit should have a joiner you use to connect these. It's a coolant hose so expect some spillage. When you disconnect the stock hoses reuse the clips and keep track of what goes where.

Here's a shot of where the switch thingy gets mounted and the other end of the two smaller diameter red hoses go. The hosing is actually pretty simple, you are just replacing the stock hoses, nothing new or changed.

Your kit has a rubber bushing with washers, nuts and threaded rod sticking out of each end. There is a hole in the sheet metal you mount one end to and the other as shown (my kit was missing a nut so I'm using something temporary.

You need to cut out the plastic. I used a utility knife but I recommend a dremmel if you have one. The plastic was tougher to cut than I hoped. Cut away as much as you need to. It's a trial and error thing and takes the longest of all the steps.

BTW. I'd greatly appreciate it if you could take some more pics (especially of the plastic cutting and the behind the bumper fished install) and some partial install steps. Take some notes and we'll write up an article for others to follow.

The Injen is AWESOME!! You won't be disappointed in the power gains and if you like noise go WOT in VTEC after you complete the install When you first start it up things will seem pretty normal. It sounds pretty stock at cruising and gentle acceleration. Blip the throttle and you'll know something's different. Hit VTEC on the gas and get ready to grin

This dyno from INJEN shows a 7HP gain which is conservative IMHO. At the track Friday I was redlining 4th a good 100 yrds earlier than 3 weeks earlier with the stock setup. You really feel it in the mid range all the way to redline (5K-9K). Best mod yet!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

If all goes well, my CAI should be here in about a week. I'll document my install, too.
